Registered members will be able to request a download of ALL their currently hosted images and videos through September 15th, 2019. Click for details
To request a download of all your images and videos hosted on Use.com:
- Log in to Use.com
- Request your image download
- On your account/profile page, click on the Request Download button under your profile image in the right column. Only one download request will be accepted.
- Enter the email address to which you want your download link sent. This does not have to be the email address associated with your Use.com account.
- Enter the address a second time to confirm.
- Enter your Use.com username and password to verify ownership.
- When your account images are ready to download, you will receive an email notification in the account you used in your request. Depending on the number and size of images you have, and the volume of member requests, this may take anywhere from a few minutes to a several days.
- Follow the link in the email to access your download. You can also access the download from your profile page by clicking the Get Download Now button.
- Your download will be available for seven (7) days after it has been processed.

- Your download may include multiple files
- Downloads will be in a compressed (zip) format. Most computers will automatically unzip the files. Right click for options (Windows) or double click to unzip (Mac)
- Anonymously uploaded images are not available for the bulk download.
Your profile page will be available until September 20th, 2019 or the expiration date of your processed archive download, whichever is latest.
