In the View menu, click Internet Options. In the Home page section, type https://www.use.com/ into the Address text box. Click OK. Click the Home button in the button bar to test.

On the Edit menu, click Preferences (Mac OS X users need to select the Explorer menu). In the list on the left of the dialog box, click the Browser Display button (under Web Browser). In the Address text box, type https://www.use.com. Click OK. Click the Home button in the button bar to test.

On the Firefox menu, click preferences. Click on the "Main" icon. In the Startup section there is a pull-down menu that indicated what should happen when Firefox starts. You should select "Show my home page". Next, in the "Home Page" text box, type https://www.use.com/. Close the Firefox preferences window. Click the home button to test.
